By accessing the Service, purchasing a report, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Sumalis provides personalized astrology reports delivered as PDF documents by email. Current offerings include the Birthday Place Report, the Year Ahead Transits Report, and the Combo + 20-minute Consult. Features, pricing, and availability may change without notice. 4. Orders, payment, and delivery4. Órdenes, pago y entrega

PDF reports are refundable within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. The 20-minute consult (Combo tier) is refundable if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment; after the appointment is held, the consult portion is non-refundable. Each report is licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or use the report or any portion thereof as input to train AI models, as content for a public feed, or in any commercial context without Sumalis's prior written consent. All intellectual property in the Service remains Sumalis's property.Cada reporte se te licencia para uso personal, no comercial. No podés revender, redistribuir, republicar ni usar el reporte ni parte alguna como input para entrenar modelos de IA, como contenido de feed público, ni en cualquier contexto comercial sin consentimiento previo por escrito de Sumalis. 7. User data7. Datos del usuario
Your birth data is used solely to compute and deliver your report, and is retained as described in the Privacy Policy. You represent that any birth data you submit is accurate and pertains to yourself or a person for whom you have authority to request an astrological analysis.Tus datos de nacimiento se usan solo para computar y entregar tu reporte, y se retienen según la Política de Privacidad. You may not: (a) use the Service to violate any law; (b) submit another person's birth data without their consent (except for public figures or deceased individuals in an educational/research context); (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate the Service's scoring engine; (d) use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm any individual.No podés: (a) usar el Servicio para violar ninguna ley; (b) enviar datos de nacimiento de otra persona sin su consentimiento (excepto figuras públicas o personas fallecidas en contexto educativo/investigación); (c) intentar reverse-engineering, scrapear o replicar el scoring engine del Servicio; (d) usar el Servicio para hostigar, acosar o dañar a alguien.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SUMALIS'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE REPORT OR CONSULT AT ISSUE. SUMALIS IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted in your jurisdiction.El Servicio no brinda consejo médico, legal, financiero, impositivo, psicológico, de viajes ni profesional alguno.
